We were out and about on a random day date and found this little gem. It was well after standard breakfast hours but this place serves it all day as well as a hot bar and full menu. I had the corned beef has with fries egg and added sliced tomatoes. My husband had the Country breakfast and asked for peanut butter to put on his pancake. As we were checking out we were told since it was our first time we would receive free dessert. I chose the coconut cream pie and he got fried pies. The service was friendly and efficient and the food hot the spot. We will definitely be back.

Sunday morning breakfast options are limited around here and it was nice to be able to have something local instead of Waffle House or another big chain. Friendly service and good food cooked to order. I chose the "Early Bird Breakfast" that was advertised on the napkin holder and it wasn't ten minutes before it arrived. Two eggs, bacon, potatoes and a biscuit with gravy. Nice, solid, stogy food that kept me going for several hours. The restaurant was clean, the service was attentive and the hot bar looked great. Great to #EatLocal!

I took my grandma here while shopping in Richmond. We had never been, but it was recommended by friends. We had the BEST food ever! The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we got free dessert for our first visit! Very down to earth people, amazing country cooking, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

First time in Richmond and found this gem while looking for my AirBNB. Decided to give it a try for breakfast and loved it so much I came back for dinner. I would like to go back for breakfast tomorrow morning as that will be my last chance before I leave.

We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped by for dinner on the way back from Tennessee. They offer plenty of homestyle cooked options, and they are very kid friendly. This place is definitely off the beaten path but worth the drive off the interstate.

The food was excellent! Country style home cooking that i didn't have to go to mom's to eat. Wife and son took me for father's day and I absolutely loved everything about this place.

This is such a good family owned restaurant, honestly probably one of my favorites in the state so far everything is home cooked, the restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Awesome staff, great service and food! I had a double bacon burger, cooked right, tasted really good. Onion rings also on point. I tried coconut cream, cherry cheesecake and pecan pies. All tasted wonderful. Also had mushrooms and fried pickles as an appetizer. Both also very good. We almost ate all the muchrooms and pickles before I thought to take a picture... :-) Only thing I’ll do next trip is order at the food bar. Ordering from the menu took longer than I expected.
